Monday was a big day – our soft launch. This is where the students get their hands on all the ingredients and finally, after weeks of preparation, we made up our first set of supper club delivery bags. Theses were for the students to take home and cook with their families as well as some for the staff who had not tried any meals.
I’m not going to lie, there were a couple of mistakes, basil got mixed up with the parley, I think one meal missed out on it’s chilli. However it went very well and helped us find the weak points and how we can streamline the process. The students were very enthusiastic and really enjoyed the process.
